…of working at the bar three nights in a row, we drove out to Oshawa to spend the day with Miranda’s mother. It was kinda fun, I was really tired, but it was also relaxing. We hung out in the big back yard and talked for a long time, and Miranda got to see her cat Melvin. He’s funny. He doesn’t have a tail. But he’s cute and has lots of personality.

We left for a little while so I could explore big, bad Oshawa. Not much to see except this mansion named Parkside. It’s gorgeous. The gardens are huge and full of little statues and fountains. Lovely! I really like this picture I took of one of them.
