Now that my rant is over and I have calmed down a bit, here’s some notable news.

The Manchester supercasino is all over the news. Clearly I’m not the only one to think Manchester is a strange spot to host it. Mick Hucknall of Simply Red doesn’t though. Hmmmmm. Let the protests begin!

I watched a spot on BBC World News tonight about child soldiers in Africa. Funny that it didn’t mention the British children sent to Iraq by mistake. I just read about this today on one of my many subway excursions, but I find it a little difficult to believe that this is an easily made mistake.

Perhaps I could get a credit card if I let my dog apply for it?
