It’s unfortunate that Ontario and Quebec are the only provinces that don’t recognize tomorrow as a holiday. I really enjoyed having today off, and now I’m not going to have another day off until next Sunday, when I will be in Oshawa at practice all day. I don’t know how much longer I can actually do this new job for. I know it’s only been a week, but my back hurts and I hate taking the unreliable, smelly and expensive TTC for 2 1/2 hours every day. If the pay was better it might be more enticing, but it isn’t. I am honing my writing skills and that’s great, but I’m not exactly enjoying myself.
